I am an experienced psychotherapist who offers short term counselling, open ended psychotherapy, supervision and relationship counselling.

There are many reasons for seeking psychotherapy or counselling. You may be in the midst of a crisis, looking for resolution around a particular issue, feeling dissatisfied with life or in need of a space to unburden your thoughts and feelings in a supportive setting. Counselling and psychotherapy can help you to live in a way that feels more authentic and to respond creatively, rather than habitually to circumstances and others. It can deepen our knowledge of ourselves.

I enjoy working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and the unique experiences and questions that individual's and couples bring. I am committed to practicing with cultural humility and respect for difference, continually reflecting on my own perspectives, assumptions and biases in order to offer an inclusive and affirming space.

Just some of the things that counselling and psychotherapy can help with are anxiety, being highly sensitive (HSP), abuse, midlife and menopause, bereavement, low self esteem, depression, spirituality, work stress, career direction, relationship issues, eco-anxiety, traumatic experiences, existential questions, transition, creative blocks and much more.
